Is the pricing competitive with the Da Nang rental market?
Our pricing reflects the true all-in value of what's included — utilities, high-speed WiFi, weekly housekeeping, a fully furnished private room, rooftop access, pool access, and a built-in community of fellow expats. Airbnbs in Da Nang for a comparable stay are often double the price — and without the community, support, or foreigner-first experience. The Expat Hospitality Home is designed specifically for foreigners, with every detail considered — from the Western-style dry shower to the seamless move-in process. You arrive, you settle in, and you're home.
Is there a minimum stay? And how long do most guests stay?
All stays are billed at the monthly rate and we welcome guests for any duration. That said, we recommend a minimum of 3 months — which aligns naturally with a standard Vietnam tourist visa. Three months gives you the time to truly settle in, stop living out of a suitcase, find your rhythm in the city, and immerse yourself in the expat community. Da Nang rewards those who stay long enough to really experience it.
Are activities or schedules mandatory?
Not at all. This is not a structured program. You come and go as you please with no mandatory activities or group schedules. It's a beautiful home base with community around you when you want it and privacy when you don't.
Is there a rooftop?
Yes — there is a beautiful rooftop available to all resident guests. Perfect for sunsets, working outdoors or simply enjoying the Da Nang sky.
How does the deposit work?
A $200 holding deposit secures your spot. The remaining security deposit balance (equivalent to one month's stay fee minus $200) is due 7 days before arrival. Your first monthly stay fee is due on move-in day. Your full security deposit is returned on the same day you move out in good condition.
What food is provided?
The kitchen is stocked with essentials — water, drinks and basic items. Guests purchase and prepare their own meals. Da Nang has incredible affordable food options and ordering delivery is very common and inexpensive.
